Our Mission:

To provide Civilians with the necessary tools to improve everyone's roleplay experience.

The Civilian department spans from players who roleplay as thugs to business entrepreneurs who create BCRPC’s unique economy. Civilians have access to tools such as the CAD and the unique Discord Store to create characters and live lives just like in real life. Many of our Civilians create entertaining group calls that include many of our departments and members, most of which become wonderful memories.
